General Rules:
1.
It is the responsibility of all users of this ladder to know and
understand the rules before accepting a challenge or playing a match.
2.
All Administrators decisions are final. If you would like your case
looked into again due to new evidence, fell free to submit a new ticket
HERE.
3. Staff or player’s abuse will not be tolerated in any form by messaging, forums or tickets. Especially in game problems.
4.
Clan names are not able to be changed or deleted by the clan members.
Please submit a ticket for either of them 2. Action will be done only
if is asked by the Leader of the clan.
5. Verbally abusing, racism
comments or inappropriate language to other teams and/or players is
unacceptable and will be handled seriously by the staff. If you are
unable to be respectfull to any player, team or staff you and/or your
team risk for warnings up to removal from this ladder.
6. Rules are subject to change any time, so please check them often.
Roster Information:
1. All players participating in a match must be on the roster
for at least 30 minutes and can't be updated within the past 30 minutes
prior to the match start time indicated in the match scheduler.
2.
It is both teams responsibility to verify the rosters prior to starting
the match. If a staff member finds a player as being ineligible, the
clan will forfeit the battle.
3. Double Rostering will NOT be ALLOWED. Forfeit of Match/Deletion or Banned.
4.
All rostered names must be comprimised of only one valid Xbox Live
gamer tag and must match up exactly, including spelling and spacing,
but is not case sensitive needed.
5. Ringers or guests are not permitted to participate in clan matches period. Forfeit of Match.
6. Team or Player names will not contain foul language, disparaging remarks, hateful or racist’s names.
7.
Teams can substitute eligible rostered players as often as they need
between rounds. Each team will have 1 10 minute grace period to arrange
for a substitute to get into the match before forfeit.
8. This
ladder is limited to 16 players per team; every team is required to
have a minimum of 3 players on their roster prior to accepting clans
match.
9. (If Applied) Roster Sizes will be: Based on the Beta for now.
Open Ladder: Maximum of 16 members.
Clan match size - Minimum 3 and Maximum 6
Doubles Ladder: Maximum of 6 members.
Clan match size - 2V2
Singles Ladder: 1 member allowed on Clan
Challenge Information:
1.
For a match to be official the challenge must be accepted, also every
team is responsible for checking the challenge to see if it is
accepted. Any match played without a challenge will be dismissed by
staff.
2. Should a team need to cancel a match already accepted in
the match scheduler, they must do so at least 6 hours before the
scheduled start time of the accepted match by submitting a ticket. The
accepted challenge can also be removed at any time if both teams agree,
and both teams submit a ticket requesting the challenge be removed.
3. A team can't play the same team more than once in a 16 hour period.
Match Information:
1. The lower ranked clan picks map and the higher ranked clan
picks sides. These choices will alternate with each new map until a
winner is determined.
2. The Lower ranked clan hosts first map,
higher ranked clan hosts second map. These choices will alternate with
each new round until an odd number is present and the lowest id closest
to 1 (listed near your clan name ) is the host.
3. A standard ladder match will be best of 1 round per map , and the best of 5 maps (first to win 3 maps wins battle).
4.
All matches must be played in their entirety unless both teams agree to
postpone the match or remove the challenge. If agreed, both teams must
submit a ticket. A referee can be contacted to witness the agreement
also.
5. If any player is found to switch sides after the initial
launch of 45 seconds, their team WILL forfeit that round with NO
EXCEPTIONS. If you need to talk to the other team after the first 45
seconds either send a private chat or call a referee into the match. If
a Referee is not online at the moment send a message to the any of the
referee's in the staff page with the game info and reason of the
message.
6. If the score limit is not reached, by the end of the
time limit. The team with the highest score will win the round unless
is overwritten in the Unique Ladder Settings.
7. The same map MAY be selected twice in a match so long as each team picks it once.
8.
Each time a new map is chosen, the round will start with both teams
spawning on their appropriate chosen sides. After 20 seconds, the host
will restart, and the round will be "live". Double loading of the new
map ensures that players are on the proper side when the round is
started.
9. The maximum hold up time (Between Rounds) 5 minutes and 1,10 minutes for a sub.
10.
A "Lag Test" must be completed prior to starting the battle. This is a
test round that doesn't count and uses the standard game settings that
will be used during the match. If the host lags during this test, both
team should attempt to locate another host regardless of what is
specified in the challenge notes. If an acceptable host can't be found
by either team, the options are as follows: submit a ticket requesting
postponement for later date and time or request challenge is removed.
11. If a member of either team drops during the initial launch of the game, the round will be replayed.
12.
If a player or players drop mid-round, the round will continue and it's
the responsibility of the team that lost the player or players to
invite the dropped players back to the battle.
13. If the Host drops
when his or her team is losing by more than 3 (kills/Points) the round
will be immediately become a forfeit, if the same host drops again, in
any other round, when his or her team is losing it will be a forfeit of
the match. NO EXCEPTIONS.
14. If a team leaves in the middle of a
battle without informing the other team, they will have only 5 minutes
from the moment a referee enters the lobby to come back or respond to
the acting Ref. If they don't come back at the time period they will
forfeit the whole clan match. Teams leaving a battle to play another
clan because they accepted another challenge will automatically forfeit
the match in progress.
15. Teams have 15 minutes to green up after the scheduled match time. Disobeying teams will forfeit the first map.
16. Teams will have 5 minutes to green up in between maps. Disobeying teams will forfeit the map.
No-Show Information:
1. Failure to show for a scheduled and accepted match will result in a forfeit.
2.
When requesting a no show win, you must contact a referee to confirm
the no-show, also submits a no-show ticket while giving the ticket ID
number to the referee.
3. A challenge that is accepted after the scheduled time will not be awarded a no-show win.
4. A team has 15 minutes to show up with the proper amount of players.
Reporting Information:
1. The losing clan has 30 minutes to report the loss after the match is completed.
2. Any clan who does not respond to an email regarding the non-reported
match or reporting the loss before the specified time limit in the
email. Will lose that match.
Cheating Information:
1. The use of any outside communication is strictly prohibited.
2. If you are caught cheating you will be banned from the entire site.
3. Glitching in any way is not tolerated. Forfeit of round, 2nd offense forfeit of match.
4. If you are found giving out free wins you will be subject to deletion/banned.
Contacting Staff:
1. If you are in need of assistance during a match, please
contact a referee first. Referees will only be available through Aim
messages only. Referees are instructed not to answer xbox messages. A
list of referees can be found on the staff page.
2. When you have to
contact a referee to come into a match let it be understood that only
the 2 leaders and ref will be on 1 side to discuss the problem. If ref
comes in during a round, once finished the 2 leaders and referee will
go to one side, if anyone comes over from either team they get 1
warning, after that automatic forfeit of round, no exceptions.
Proof:
1.
For you to be guaranteed a win you must provide proof. Any proof must
show the scoreboard clearly and show both clans players.
2. You must provide sufficient proof of someone cheating/glitching that clearly shows them doing so.
3. AIM conversations will not be accepted as proof because they are easily editable.
Unique Settings:
The following settings apply to all matches, regardless of the game mode.
1. The settings in the challenge must be followed unless changed in the notes or if a option is available in the challenge.
2. If a match ends in a tie the winner will be decided by who the game choses.
3. The higher ranked team picks the side they want during the first map, the other team choses the side they want in the second map.
4. All match settings in the challenge have to be followed you can play any settings as long as they are in the challenge notes.
5. If a player disconnects before the first kill the match will be restarted.
6. If a team uses a restricted weapon and kills the other team they will automatically forfeit that map.
Tournament Rules:
Matches
- Higher Seeded/Ranked teams or if both teams are unranked the closest clan rank to "0" makes the room.
- The room must be made not joinable.
- Starting a map with the wrong gametype settings may result in a forfeit of the map.
- Teams must have at least 1 member present in order to start a round/map.
- Teams may delay the match between rounds/maps for up to five minutes. After five minutes, if the delaying team’s full Roster isn’t present, they must play the next round/map shorthanded or forfeit the match.
- The team that is not host will pick side/spawn.
Room Details
- All of the Settings must be identical to the match details, open notes may be used for the tournament.
- Must match below also. (May change with each tournament)

Friendly Fire: On (Mandatory)
Round Count: 12 (Depends on teams interest(s)
Round Time: 5 Minutes (Depends on teams interest(s)
Target Spotting: Disabled (Mandatory)
Reporting loss
- The losing team must report the Match results within 3 hours of its completion.
- At least one member of each Team should take a
Screenshot(s) of each maps results. Screenshots should contain the
Round Score, players on each Team, and a time stamp. (not needed but
recommended)
- Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a map, match, or ban from Gamingahead.
- All tickets must be submitted within the same 3 hour period.
- All Admin decisions are final. After a decision has been made regarding a ticket, additional tickets may only be submitted if they contain new information that would affect the outcome of the match.
- Tickets are handled in the order that they are received. Admins should not be contacted regarding the status of tickets that have not been closed.
Match Interruption: If any player loses his/her connection before the map starts (during map load time for example) or before any kills are recorded, restart the map once the player has rejoined the game lobby or a substitute from the squad’s official roster has joined. If a player loses his/her connection mid game, continue playing as normal. If the host drops, the hosting squad will receive a forfeit for that map.
Exploits: Players are forbidden from using any game or
hardware glitches or exploits to gain or attempt to gain an advantage.
If an area within the game is accessible due to an exploit or bug in
the map, then that location is off limits. If a player uses such an
area to hide, the game Admin may incur a suitable penalty which may
include a forfeit of the match or a disqualification from the
tournament. If you are unsure whether an area is considered off limits,
ask an Admin before your match. Use of any glitch or exploit will
result in a forfeit loss and potential suspension or banning (for the
player and/or the entire squad) from the Competition, at Tournament
Producer’s discretion.
Glitches:
- Ability to climb over objects without weapon disappearing (ALLOWED)
- Getting on top of rooftops on the COD map Overgrown (ALLOWED)
- If you have to climb thru an object or stand on an invisible wall its (NOT ALLOWED)
Forfeit or Removal from Tournament Guidelines:
- Duplicate registrations and/or other abuse of the Gaming Ahead rules.
- Players selecting USERNAMES and/or providing any information, text, and/or other content that the Tournament Admin, in its sole discretion, determines are offensive and/or otherwise inappropriate.
- Any successful and/or unsuccessful attempt to cheat, tamper, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate, hack, stall, delay, expedite, bypass, modify or make any unauthorized and/or improper modifications to the Process of game play.
- Any intentional or unintentional disconnecting of an internet connection, power source or other electronic malfunction, power outage or other natural or unnatural act which causes the Processes and/or game play to be interrupted, delayed or otherwise adversely affected.
- Any utilization of 3rd party hardware to gain an unfair advantage, or acting in an unsportsmanlike and/or disruptive manner, as determined in the sole discretion of the Tournament Admin.
- Players will forfeit their scheduled match if they are not present and ready to compete within 15 (15) minutes of the scheduled time. The Tournament Admin will be the timekeeper.
Crown Rules:
2. If the Crown holder does not war within one week the crown will be given to the team ranked right below them.
3. Crown holders may war any clan they want.
4. Crown holders may not deny any matches challenged to them without valid reasoning before hand.
