We are looking for some qualified, enthusiastic individuals to become referees for this ladder. Here are some of the requirements:

* A minimum of 16 years of age.
* A computer headset with AIM, and Skype installed (http://www.skype.com - Free program).
* A PC and Xbox 360 within close proximity to each other.
* Advanced understanding of In-Game Mechanics.
* Advanced knowledge of the GamingAhead website and the Halo 3 Rules.
* Ability to get along well with people.
* Must have activity on the forums and demonstrate good forum behavior..


What does a referee do?

The referee is the backbone of most arenas on GamingAhead. They are responsible for resolving in game disputes as well as answering questions and concerns via AIM. Properly documenting any and all situations in which they are a part of ensuring quality assurance for GamingAhead users.

The information you provide us is secure and only accessible to those directly involved in the hiring of Staff on this ladder.
